*Job Overview: The Talent Management Central Team (TMC) is a team within Oliver Wyman's Human Capital (HC) department and is designed to offer program management and administrative support to Talent Managers across a number of Talent Management processes.
The TMC will have global responsibilities and will work seamlessly with the global Talent Management team, as well as with Talent Managers in each of our Teams and Regions.
The TMC will also be responsible for interfacing with senior group of stakeholders from across the TM and HC function.
The Coordinator Role requires mastery of core coordinator responsibilities, knowledge of Staffing and Performance Management system.
This role entails managing multiple demands and competing priorities in a timely manner.
Oliver Wyman is a fast-paced environment that requires fluency in English.Key Responsibilities:Activities related to programs and processes for consultant talent and performance management processes, including, but not limited to performance management, global consultant programs, staffing system updates, reporting, developing training materials, and ad hoc Talent Management requests across Oliver Wyman.
