We are currently searching for a Service Desk Specialist – English/Portuguese : Responsibilities: Provide customer support and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Assist users via phone, email, or chat, delivering exceptional customer service.
Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed to maintain service standards.
Requirements: Experience in customer support or service desk roles.
Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese.
Availability to work on-site in Monterrey or Saltillo.
Languages: Advanced Oral and Written English.
Advanced Oral and Written Portuguese.
Native Spanish.
