**Job Purpose**:
Reporting to the Senior Operations QA Consultant, you will be part of a team supporting a large outsourced marketing services contract, covering the key categories of Print, POS and Promotional Merchandise. Focused on the Promo category, you will lead a QA/QC team dedicated to managing the QA/QC for marketing activations in 30+ markets across Europe and Latin America.
You will be part of a team that will manage product testing and certification, lend technical support on COC/DOC to suppliers/Factories, run first article review and factory audits, prepare technical reports and documentation relating to technical specifications, work instructions and standard operating procedures.
**Key Tasks**:
- Design & maintain Factory Audit Process.
- Develop & maintain Factory Technical, Social Compliance and Capacity Audit Form.
- Lead in & conduct on-site audits to evaluate on factory's capability and capacity.
- Review & approve audit result.
- Coach and provide technical support to suppliers/factories on audit non-compliances' Correction Action Plan (CAP).
- Follow up with suppliers/factories on CAP verification results.
- Conduct gap analysis on audited factories' capabilities and recommend factory development activities.
- Establish and report benchmarked factory capabilities by product categories and geographical locations.
**Key Performance Indicators**:
- Brief suppliers/factories on Factory Audit Process.
- Develop & maintain auditors' Capability & Competency Profile.
- Oversee audits as per carried out as per committed timelines.
- Ensure audits are conducted on scheduled and are standardized in the way factories are audited & the manner in which the factories are rated across auditors.
- Maintain benchmarked factory performance and capability database.
- Generate & publish monthly Factory QPI/performance scorecard
- Maintain Global Audit Tracking Log in close working relationship with QA Administration.
- Upgrade suppliers/factories audit compliance level with devised improvement activities.
- Improve quality performances of key & strategic suppliers/factories.
**Experience and Skills Required**:
- At least 3 years of experience of QA/QC/Auditing in the Promotional Merchandise category in a Customer Support/Service capacity, either directly for a consumer brand or a 3rd party auditor/supplier.
- Should have practical experience in managing projects into countries where local importation/certification is needed per product categories.
- Knowledgeable in areas of product safety, regulatory and performance requirements as per international and market-specific standards.
- Work must be performed in accordance with defined guidelines & operating systems and supported by appropriate formal documentations.
- Strict adherence to Company & Departmental operational and administrative guidelines.
- Maintain effective and efficient communication with all parties.
- Well-organized and able to handle multi-tasks at the same time.
