Global Logistics company is looking for their Guadalajara (Zapopan) branch the position of **Operations & Customer Service - Air Freight (Overnight shift)**This position tracks, traces, and maintains status of Expedited and air shipments via domestic and international transport.
This role is responsible for providing customer-specific updates, including export, import, and domestic transactions, including processes from shipment RFQ to final delivery.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Monitor and manage shipments until completion.- Timely communication with customers, offices, overseas and domestic providers to maintain relationships.
