Responsibilities

Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company?s policies, processes, and vision in the areas of Safety, Productivity, Quality, and Culture
Oversee order picking, shipping, receiving, returns, and inventory control
Ensure warehouse layout is dynamic and maintains efficiencies and safety; maximize space utilization; controls/minimizes shrinkage and product damage
Analyzing inventory level reports and plan for future capacity requirements
Take regular stock of the inventory to ensure WMS inventory is accurate
Maintain

the physical condition of the warehouse and warehouse equipment
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
Adhere to all safety, business, labor, and environmental regulations (US/MX federal, state, and local)
Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with superiors, peers, subordinates, suppliers, employees, planning department, and order management.
Recruit, train, and manage employees and labor costs; this includes determining labor requirements, monitoring/appraising performance, and providing constructive feedback
Build relationships to ensure warehouse performance meets company and customer requirements/expectations
