**Job Overview**:
We are currently seeking an adaptable and agile Operations Coordinator for our pulses business as we expand our business in Mexico.
In this role, you will ensure business operations are supported while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
This role is relationship-oriented with deadlines and a high degree of accountability.
**Position Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support and customer service with a high level of professionalism.
- Responsible for producer settlements.
(Enter grain receipts and process payments).
- Assist with inventory reconciliations.
- Reconcile accounts payable sub ledgers and provide detail analysis on accounts payable
- Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Support in the budget control and execution of the area, through monthly monitoring of expenses, designation of resources by type of expense, transfers, charge notices, reports, supervision of payments to suppliers, and processes required in the financial system.
- Collaborate in the preparation of materials and in the organization and execution of activities that are driven in their area.
- Support in the logistics of the activities, meetings, or seminars that take place anticipating the needs or requirements of agendas, programs, invitations, calls, equipment, materials, etc.
- Carry out travel procedures and contracts such as travel authorizations, contact with hotels, reservations, itineraries, travel expenses, insurance, expense ratios, reports, invoice processing, etc.
- Knowledge and management of institutional systems required for various procedures such as requests for materials and office supplies, hiring of personnel, requests for purchases request rooms and vehicles, translation, financial system, management system, etc.
- Write, review, and correct documents such as memorandums, letters, administrative and technical reports, minutes, charts, graphs, and presentations.
- Feed and manage databases or web pages required, in order to provide information accurate and timely, when requested.
- Manage correspondence and other documents of the area in all its stages: management, administration, control, classification, and physical and digital files.
- Timely answer phone calls, receive and channel messages.
**Employment Qualifications**:

- Bachelors in international business and/or equivalent working level experience
- Good knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain Management
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
- Organized and systematic approach
- Able to work effectively in a diverse team environment
- Fluency in English language is required
