Operations Manager

Collaborating with Business teams (e.g. Vendor Managers, Instock Managers, Marketing Managers, and Retail Operations) to identify opportunities to centralize operations and improve Retail productivity;
- Hire, manage and develop a team of strong individual contributors (Associates/SMEs) and ensure high service delivery and execution;
- Driving business communication with senior stakeholders regarding intake process, performance metrics, and program status;
- Resource planning and multi-year roadmap;
- Owning end-to-end service delivery and planning, which includes infrastructure, staffing models, resource hiring, and optimizing utilization;
- Driving root cause analysis, developing solutions, and scaling support mechanisms;
- Coordinating with local, central, and global teams the implementation of automations and tech solutionsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS5 years of experience;Product/Program/Operations Management in a fast pace environment; Proven history of delivering results while owning complex cross-functional projects and partnering with external teams; Advanced English; People management experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in SQL; Proficient in Excel; VBA/Python skills; Proactive attitude, detail-oriented, and a team player; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Organizational and project management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management; Lean six sigma.
