Location: Monterrey, Mexico

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our plastic injection manufacturing processes in

Monterrey, Mexico. This role demands extensive knowledge of the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and medical

manage all production aspects, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the entire operation of plastic injection molding processes.

2. Ensure production meets the high standards required by the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, medical

device, and consumer goods industries.

3. Develop and implement sales strategies for the business, as well as maintain, identify, and develop

commercial opportunities for the markets.

4. Maintain and grow client relationships.

5. Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing assigned territory/sales strategies to

achieve the business's sales objectives and account growth.

6. Develop regional accounts located in Mexico and the US.

7. Promote the business portfolio in the assigned industries.

8. Coordinate support in technical assistance when necessary.

9. Negotiate commercial terms with clients (delivery terms, pricing, contracts, etc.) according to

company and/or business guidelines.

10. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet industry regulations and company

standards.

11. Manage a team of technicians and engineers, providing training and development to meet

operational requirements.

12. Optimize production through innovative techniques and efficient resource management.

13. Collaborate with sales and R&D departments to align production capabilities with market demands

and new product development.

14. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a

managerial role.
- Proven experience in the plastic injection molding industry and familiarity with regulatory

standards of the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer goods industries.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage high-performing teams.
