You are analytical, relentless in understanding the root cause of a problem, and inventing solutions.Roles and Responsibilities:Monitor efficient functioning of the assigned fulfillment facility, suggest and deploy improvements; Accumulate datafrom various sources, identify the most relevant one, present it in a way that would help take action; Foresee implications based on current data and trends; Dive deep on operational issues root causes; Create and track operational metrics; Be organized and prompt in notifying/solving the situations; Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders; Train our Selling Partners for action and conformance of norms and practices.Key Responsibilities:Monitor inventory levels and work with vendors/suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels in Amazon's fulfillment centers; Process inboundshipments of inventory to Amazon's warehouses, including coordinating logistics and ensuring accurate labeling/packaging; Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with inventory receiving, storage, or picking/packing of orders; Analyze sales data and forecasts to identify trends and proactively plan for inventory needs; Coordinate withthe customer service team to handle any order-related issues, returns, or inquiries; Prepare and analyze performance reports on FBA metrics such as sell-through rates, inventory turns, and fulfillment costs; Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiencies within the FBA supply chain; Serve as the main point of contact for Amazon's FBA team, escalating issues as needed; Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and other teams to support the overall FBA strategy.Knowledge of e-commerce and the book industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
