Organizational Development Consultant

Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) Leader Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and management of the HPT system in different sites, driving the organization to an environment of self-directed work teams to improve performance.
Support L&OD efforts.Responsibility:Responsible for the management of high-performance teams in Vertiv- Ensure a standard implementation of the HPTs and all its elements, aligned to our VOS.- Responsible for the management of high-performance teams in Vertiv- Hold weekly meetings with local HPT implementers to provide guidance and coaching.- Report the progress of the HPT implementation- Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to review the progress and the deviations of the deployment- Promote change in organizational culture/mindset and behavior across departments and within the plant- Give the corresponding training of "Leading VOS"- Support in the different initiatives of the department**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or related- At least 2 years' experience in manufacturing environment with HPTs- Proficient English- Proficiency in MS Office- Strong leadership and training skills- Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills needed to influence personnel at all levels of the plant- Project Management and team management experience (preferred)- Certification in coaching (preferred)
