Job DescriptionResponsible for coordination, planning, monitoring and engineering development of the packaging department tasks (daily packaging management operations, inventory tracking, container management, cleaning supplier management budget and forecasting).Leads the development of the team to increase their skills and capabilities by empowering members to achieve their potential.Continuously work with cross functional teams, within and outside the plant, to align strategies and improve packaging process and design.Promote and stablish cost improvement projects based on packaging engineering and designing development.Reports directly to manager of the area.Coordination of the packaging team by leading and developing associatesEnsure standardization & correct execution of all packaging related processesManagement and development of Logistics Service Providers (LSP) ?
