Implement Safet Rules in Painting Shop
Handing Hourly and salary employees
Training new paint team members for complete paint process in systems 1 & 2
Create Paint process documentation for every paint equipment.
Fist level preventive maintenance for painting equipment
Painting production daily handling and follow up.
Union workers conflicts solving problems.
paint wasting handling and disposals.
