Payroll Specialist For Us Company (Remote Position)

We are looking for a full-time payroll specialist for a US Company that provides restaurant accouinting services. This person must be very organized, detail oriented, reliable and must have an andvanced English level.**Job responsabilities**:- Collecting timesheet data and payroll information from the customers.- Performing account balance and payroll reconciliations.- Responding to payroll-related inquiries.- Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software.- Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.- Mantaining positive relations with customers.- Maintaining records of payroll documentation and transactions.- Preparing payroll reports for the customers.**What we are looking for**:- Bachelor's Degree on accounting, administration or simillar.- Proven experience in doing payron for at least 2 years.- Experience using Apex HCM is highly desirable.- Advanced english both written and spoke.- Payroll experience for Canadian or American companies is a plus.- Previous experience working on QuickBooks, SAP, Compaq or similar is beneficial.- Proficient in Microsoft Office**What we offer**:- Salary of $20,000 to $30,000 pesos depending on experience.- Home office suport of $800 pesos a month- Work form home (100% remote)- Mexican law benefitsPay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month**Experience**:- US payroll: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Advanced English (required)Work Location: Remote
