Payroll Supervisor

Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Payroll software knowledge (SAP, Revolution, TRESS, etc.) - Expert in calculation and solid legal knowledge in IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, IDSE, SUA, SAT - Calculation and payment of employer obligations and social benefits - Settlement calculations, additions, terminations, salary adjustments, discounts - Implement internal control and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data. - Proficiency in MS programs (advanced Excel) - Understanding of Human Resources programs, practices, and regulations/legal requirements - Review and compliance of internal policies and procedures related to Payroll process. - Permanent training and update to users of Payroll system. - Payroll files management (Active and inactive) - General knowledge of continuous improvements methodologies

Experiência y requisitos

Professional & Educational Qualification - Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related fields - 5+ years of experience in Payroll processes (end to end) - Experience in manufacturing plants. Skills - Leadership - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Customer focus - Excellent communication skills at all levels - Team player Languages - Fluent in English (Desirable)
