Sobre nuestro cliente An automotive company is looking for a PC&L Manager to lead the production and supply chain operations, ensuring that the production lines run smoothly, inventory is optimized, and the products reach customers efficiently and on time.
Descripción Overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end flow of materials.Develop and manage production schedules in alignment with demand forecasts, ensuring sufficient inventory and resources to meet production targets.Monitor and manage inventory levels, balancing the need to minimize excess stock with ensuring uninterrupted production.Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating with suppliers and distribution partners to ensure timely material supply and product delivery.Continuously evaluate and improve processes in production planning, inventory management, and logistics to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.Perfil buscado 5+ years of experience in production control, supply chain management, and logistics in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.Strong knowledge of SAP and MRP systems.Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.Excellent analytic skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.Advanced English (Mandatory).Qué Ofrecemos Competitive salary and benefits package.
