Job Description

Bajo supervisión directa del supervisor, instalar, mantener y solucionar problemas de todas las computadoras, impresoras y dispositivos relacionados con la red relacionados con PC de piso de producción.
Apoyar y mantener todas las actividades relacionadas con el centro de datos. Mantener y solucionar problemas de actividades relacionadas con aplicaciones de piso de producción.
Ayudar en la implementación de software y hardware para respaldar los sistemas de soporte transaccional y de toma de decisiones.
Interactuar con clientes internos para identificar áreas de mejora de los sistemas de piso de producción.
Tomar iniciativa y responsabilidad para resolver problemas, completar tareas y apoyar proyectos.
Soporte de segundo nível a técnicos en turno.
