Overview The People Success & Finance Generalist role is a unique position that integrates Human Resources (HR) operational responsibilities with finance-related duties. This role supports the People Success (PS) team while also assisting the Finance team with payroll, banking, and general accounting tasks. Success in this role requires exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.
Key Responsibilities People Success Responsibilities - Administer non-US benefits processes and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
- Plan and conduct new employee onboarding sessions to foster a seamless transition.
- Respond promptly and effectively to employee inquiries.
- Support the administration and completion of immigration processes.
- Ensure adherence to People Success policies, procedures, and standards.
- Assist managers with annual performance review processes.
- Provide support for employee relations (ER) cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide actionable feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date departmental records and reports through Workday.
- Contribute to the delivery and execution of People Success projects as needed.
Finance Responsibilities - Manage government portals related to payroll and accounting, ensuring timely compliance.
- Assist in payroll processes, including data validation and communication with the Finance team.
- Support banking operations, such as account maintenance and transactional activities.
- Oversee administrative accounting tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
Skills and Knowledge - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and government portals in Mexico.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks over timeframes ranging from weekly to three months.
- High level of adaptability and flexibility to support both HR and Finance functions.
- Ability to analyse and resolve problems using established guidelines and criteria.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in HR or financial administration tasks.
