We provide our users with a multi-currency account that allows them to hold, send, and receive money from Africa in any currency for their business and personal banking needs. About the Role: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and take ownership of our performance marketing efforts from the US. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns to drive sign-ups and user acquisition across various platforms. Responsibilities are as follows: Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.G., Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) targeting diasporas in the USManage campaign budgets and ensure optimal return on ad spend (ROAS)Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) and identify areas for improvementCreate targeted audiences using demographic, behavioral, and interest-based targeting optionsContinuously optimize ad creatives and landing pages for better performanceSupport the launch and management of the LemFi Social Media pages, fostering a strong and engaged communityTake ownership of growth targets for assigned marketsRepresent digital marketing channels in weekly meetingsProvide weekly performance updates on assigned markets Requirements: 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or a related fieldProven track record of success in driving user acquisition and engagement through digital marketing campaignsStrong understanding of marketing metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS) and ability to analyze data to identify trends and insightsExperience with campaign management platforms (e.G., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, Website listing)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of Tableau is a plusFamiliarity with the Latin American communitiesA passion for social media and community management Bonus Points: Experience with lead generation and marketing automation toolsExperience working with B2C companiesFluency in Spanish and English#J-18808-Ljbffr
