Personnel Administration Chief

Responsible for the execution of critical HR processes, including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development and workforceAdvocates and drives for the resolution of employee issues and concerns including internal investigations, corrective actions and coachingBuilds credible relationships with front, mid and senior-level leaders through trust, collaboration and effective communicationApplies sound judgment to identify issues and prescribe HR solutions in ambiguous situations with confidenceCollaborates with the HR Business Partner, HR Operations Center, and Centers of Excellence to provide high-impact HR solutionsConduct HR transactions including: orientation, leaves of absences, exit meetings, etc.Serve as the primary point of contact for guidance on HR policies, processes and self-service tools to employees and managers, escalating when necessary to internal COEs and external resources- Participate and assist with location events- Assist with departmental HR projects and initiatives as needed- Define, develop, and maintain concise documentation for procedures, work processes and reports- Collect, analyze, and prepare visual HR related information such as the preparation of scorecards and dashboards as warranted- Perform root-cause analysis using data, identify performance gaps and suggest process improvements that can streamline and improve customer servicePRIMARY LOCATIONJCS Jcam Tlaxcala
