Phone Call Receptionist

Phone Call Receptionist Position:
Permanent WFH.
Responsibilities include:

- Answering incoming calls
- Transferring calls to appropriate departments or individuals
- Taking messages accurately
- Providing basic information to callers
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and clear communication skills.
- With close to American accent
