Phone Operator

UPLIFT Talent is seeking a Phone Agent (Remote).Requirements:Fluent English.1 year of experience as a phone agent or in telemarketing.2 years of experience in customer service.Experience in managing schedules using an electronic calendar.Basic / Intermediate Excel skills.Responsibilities:Answer the phone when a potential renter calls us and explain the apartment in an exciting way.Schedule the potential renter to visit the apartment building for a tour.Enter the tour time in the calendar so that our apartment manager can show potential renters the apartment in person.Send a confirmation text with the tour time to both the potential renter and our apartment manager.We offer:Monthly gross salary: $15,000 to $20,000 (based on qualifications).Superior legal benefits.Workplace: Colonia Providencia.Schedule: M-F, 9 - 18 hrs.Interested?
