Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwidePURPOSE OF THE JOBCoordinate and manage teams & activities performed by PI Support on production site (PI logistic, FM Coordinator)MAIN RESPONSABILITIESKey accountabilities:- Carry out troubleshooting during PI period as well as Pre-warranty & Commissioning (and Validation & Certification if applicable), including investigation and repair- Support customer site set-up in terms of special tools, consignment stock,...- Supervise PI logistic/materials in Alstom manufacturing site with regards to consignment stock availability, delivery and repair loop (including over warranty lifetime)- Coordinate & supervise stock and logistics costs- Contribute to claims and negotiations with external supplier (regarding PI activities)- Support field modification preparation with material, tools, documentation- Ensure compliance to standard processes (ISO, EHS) for PI Support teams- Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct- Support PI Supplier Performance Managers in back-charging process with ensuring relevant PI documentationMAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCIES- (Post) Graduate in Engineering or Industrial ("Internal Graduation" ("cadre interne" in F) acceptable- Internal EHS training- English- Master's degree in Engineering (Desirable)- Several years of technical experience, mechanical or electrical / electronics- Field Experience- Project Execution (technical/industrial/Procurement/Supply Chain)- Team management- General Railway and Product knowledge- Railway safety- EHS knowledge and exposure- Customer contact- RAM (Desirable)- Problem Solving skills (Desirable)- Data analytics (Defect Management system) (Desirable)Alstom is a global company where our people vision and values embrace Diversity and Inclusion (D&I).
