Pick And Pack Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure compliance with legal shipping regulations and customs requirements.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound logistics, such as on-time delivery rates and complaint rate.Optimize outbound logistics processes to reduce lead times and productivity improvement.Supervise, and motivate warehouse employees, including shift scheduling, staff training, and conflict resolution. Promote a safe and productive work environment.QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Bachelor's degree - Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Engineering in general, Economics, International Trade.Experience: > 3 years of experience inlogistics industry logistics process and Lean Management Knowledge.COMPETENCIESExperience working with unionized staff.Strong knowledge of warehousing processes and lean methodologies.Knowledge of Hazardous or flammable materials and special shipping requirements for each.Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.TECHNICAL SKILLS:ERP (SAP), EWM (SAP)Advanced (Desired) Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Planner, MS Teams, Power BI)Intermediate Automation tools (Power BI, Kinaxis)Logistics quality tools knowledge such as 8Ds, 5Whys, 14 quality principles, ISO, OSHAS, OEASOFT SKILLSOwnershipResult orientedCustomer OrientationCooperationCommunicationAnalyticalProblem SolvingSelf-driven#J-18808-Ljbffr
