**Position objective**:Ensures the correct and on time production plans and, schedules workflow for each department and operation according to sales volumes, customers' requirements and inventory status.**Requirements**:Industrial Engineering or equivalent Bachelor Degree3 years Production Planning experienceExperience in a high demanding and unpredictable environment**M*aterials**R**equirement**P*lanning system experiencePlanning on production and materialProduction follow upInventory management knowledgeSupply chain knowledgeAbility to meet deadlinesBilingual English/SpanishMS Office proficientVisa laser and passportSchedule availabilityAvailability to travel**Main responsibilities**:- Take the lead in each assigned project- Review and customer releases with current forecast to determine the optimized build plan to meet company goals- Predicts how long a project will take to complete- Develops a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date.- Run Order Action Report, Print Job Report, Reschedule Report, No Demand and Customer Forecast and complete MRP actions per plan.- Organizes project paperwork, including purchase orders, and maintains records- Approves materials, costs, manufacturing equipment, and the size of workforce needs to manufacture goods.- Monitors production and raw material costs- Monitors project's progress to ensure it's following the schedule**Skills**:- Strong negotiation- Stress management- Excellent organization- Accuracy- Teamwork- Effective communication- Problem-solving- Management of multiple activities simultaneously- Customer service orientationTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $18,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Seguro de vida- Teléfono de la empresa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anual
