Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Planner Scheduler_ located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._
- Reporting to the Master Scheduler, Planner Scheduler role involves_ being responsible for supporting materials and production functions.
What a typical day looks like:

- _ Leads order processing activities for major customer units._
- _ Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests._
- _ Serves as advanced interface with customer for escalations of order commitments, order expedites, and problem resolution._
- _ Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals._
- _ Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs.
May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs._
- _ Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues._
- _ Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management._
- _ Plan, schedule, coordinate and approve product releases to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability._
- _ Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customer and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions._
- _ Represents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams._
- _ May also support inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling._

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience._
- _ MRP system knowledge._
- _ Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry._
- _ Demonstrates data analysis knowledge._
- _ Advanced Excel._
- _ Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference._
- _ English is a plus!_
