The Planning & Order Execution Team lead responsibility will be planning and executing orders of spare parts within the Americas Region. The focus of the job is to ensure a strong and efficient after-sales supply chain that supports customer orders and delivers as requested within the American region. The team lead will oversee a team located in Mexico and act as the daily unofficial leader to coordinate tasks between team members and facilitate daily and weekly follow-up meetings with key stakeholders such as CSSC, GLOG, and 3PL.

The team lead will be part of a global team, comprising three team leads, that covers the planning and order execution of spare parts within five DCs (SSG, GPC3, GDS, GBWD, SUS) within Service & Solutions.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Manage customer service complaints in aftersales securing delivering of spare parts towards customers within America by being accountable for followings processes/tasks:

- Responsible for CIC tickets handling submitted by the region CSSC teams. Ensuring cases to be solve or escalated, with a high quality and high ability to respond to the service request.
- Assist customers with order progression and supply chain issues.
- Proactively improve SAP housekeeping and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively work with improving our supply chain in collaboration with Center of Excellence Team (CoE).
- Administer return stock from customers based on Group Policies.
- Close collaboration with both CSSC and Global Logistics in America - and globally.
- Drive Daily Action Meetings - with the 3PLs.
- Follow-up on Key Performance Indicators and identify root causes - escalate to CoE if necessary.
- Coordinate tasks between team members in the Planning & Order Execution Team in GMX.
- Develop team members in increasing skills within supply chain acumen.
- Escalate employee issues or business issues to manager of Global Spare Part Planning & Order Execution
- Identify and find best practices together with the two other team leads in GNL and SSG.
- Drive improvements of collaboration with CSSC and GLOG

**Your background**

We imagine that you have:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain/Logistics or commercial management.
- 5-7 years of experience of working with ERP SAP ERP/CRM/BW.
- 5-7 years of experience of Customer Service and working experiences for/with a 3PL.
- Highly developed communication skills in English.
- Experience from working in a global company.
- Knowledge of the Courier Express and LTL transportation business is essential.
- Relevant experience as indirect leader in a global position.
- Analytic and problem solving oriented.
- Leadership skills
