As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading a high performing team and optimizing business objectives comprising of meeting and exceeding customer expectations, profit plan, business growth, safety, delivery of products that meet quality and cost standards, delivery, productivity, team member engagement, manager effectiveness, culture, and organizational capability.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensuring the safety and well being of all plant personnel through Safety Best Practice teams and individual leadership at the plant levelDevelop and execute the plants Annual Operating Plan.
