We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Plant Manager** based in Alpha _Plant, Juarez, Chih., Mex._ _(E-Systems Division).

Plant Manager you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to an Operations Director.

**Your Task will be**
- Administer and coordinates all plant functions to ensure quality is met
- Ensure execution and compliance with production and quality programs
- Knowledge in Finance, Quality, Operations, Supply chain, Continuous Improvement, Engineering,
- Administer materials, capitals, and Human Resources

**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:

- Education**:Bachelor's Degree on Industrial Engineering, or any related field. Master's degree is a Plus
- At least 5 years of working in similar position
- Headcount volume management skills of +1,500 employees
- Analytical mind and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and leadership
- Teamwork
- English: Proficient
