For a Manufacturing company based in Ciudad Juarez, we are looking for:
**Plant Manager**

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required
- +15 years of experience and logical career progression in the manufacturing environment
- Bilingual and bicultural
- Demonstrated record of success in driving revenue and profit growth, building businesses, together with at least five years of profit and loss responsibility, encompassing both line and staff assignments
- In-depth understanding of cost accounting and financial management
- Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire
- A "hands-on" management style with an ability to operate effectively in a flat and entrepreneurial environment
- Advanced English level
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environmentAccelerate business transformation through talented people_
