Chubb has an opportunity for **a Platform Administrator - ServiceNow **who will provide support to a wide variety of technically oriented processes within the Chubb ServiceNow environment. The main function for this role will be administration and testing across the ServiceNow Platform
**This position's location is in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, will be worked a Hybrid Work From Home scheme (3 days at the office).**
As a member of our Global Technology Process Engineering Team, you will:
- Promote Chubb's Core Values and best practices
- Collaborate with various teams and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose technical solutions
- Participate in strategic project planning that improves operational efficiency across Global Technology Professional Services and Engineering departments
- Test end-to-end solutions to ensure the complete satisfaction of internal and external users including unit, functional, and regression testing
- Mentor and collaborate with offshore/onsite developers, perform code reviews, and promote best practices and direction to team members
- Support the development of technical solutions and provide ongoing assistance and consultation to resolve problems to ensure the solutions meet the end user's requirements
- Create and update existing technical/configuration documentation
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferably in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems OR equivalent experience and/or certifications
- 5+ Years as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for both a technical and non-technical audience. Scripting in various areas (business rules, client scripts, UI actions, ACL, UI policies, portal pages, UI pages) Ability to configure flows and workflows.
- Ability to thrive in an agile environment with evolving requirements and possess a good understanding of Agile, Lean, and Scrum principles
- Ability to understand several testing techniques (e.g. performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to best effect - including tracking and addressing of any discovered issues.
- Ability to use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools) to assist with daily tasks Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
