#WeBuildYouCross REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS Responsabilities: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Portfolio Manager to join our team and lead the management of our IT project portfolio.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse range of projects and managing a team of project managers to ensure successful execution, alignment with organizational goals, and optima!
resource allocation.
Portfolio Demand Management: Lead the strategic planning and prioritization of their portfolio in alignment with LS&Co.'s strategic objectives Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Legal leadershi p to define the portfolio's scope, objectives, and success criteria Foster relationships with key stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment, and expectations across the portfolio.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment Manage project manager demand for their portfolio and work with vendors to source project managers Coordinate with the Central PMO Lead to onboard new Project Managers Portfolio Management: Monitor project performance and ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Work with project manager to evaluate and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
Provide regular reporting on portfolio status, key performance indicators, and resource utilization to executive stakeholders.
lmplement and refine project management best practicas, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency and consistency.
Work closely with PMO Finance and FP&A Teams to manage the financia!
aspects of the portfolio, including budget allocation and expenditure tracking.
Orive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall portfolio management process.
Minimum requirements Hard Skills Experience in the Area Bachelor's degree in lnformation Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a relatad field.
Master's degree is a plus.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in IT project management, with 2+ years in a portfolio management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop project management professionals.
Proven experience as a project manager on projects that involved: FP&A, Accounti ng, HR, lndirect Procurement, Legal,Supply Chain Finance, or Treasury ln-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g.,Agite, Waterfall,etc.)
and portfolio management practicas.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in project management software and tools for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress (MS Office, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Confluence, Jira, MS Teams).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
