**How Do You Fit In?**This position will report into the **Senior Art Director.****Responsibilities**:- Assist Creative and Site Merchandising teams with post production tasks such as color correction, color matching, file building and naming, file organization, and file delivery- Manage communication and facilitation of images between cross-functional teams- Build files according to standards created by the Creative Team- Match color of garments in photos to provided fabric samples- Build apparel laydown compositions and image carousels by style / SKU- Work with Creative team to deliver images on-time, via upload to a Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool and / or file server when applicable.- Ability to maintain high volume daily workload in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand standards and shifting priorities as needed- Maintain quality control by verifying all images against file guidelines to insure accuracy before submitting for final delivery- Maintain an organized file saving and folder structures on the server, and share file paths with Creative and Site Merchandising Teams as needed- Adhere to brand guidelines and assure consistency across all applicable creative assets- Communicate frequently with Creative team regarding deadlines and workload**Required Skills**:- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Retouching and Digital Asset Management (DAM) for a brand, agency, production or retail company. Fashion experience is a plus.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Bridge- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus- Must have experience with on-model and still life / laydown photography- Must have a keen eye for detail, plus proficiency in color correction/color matching, Photoshop file construction, image formatting, and file management experience- Knowledge of best practices for web-safe settings, image sizing and file saving- Must work collaboratively with cross-functional team members, including Production Artists, Project Managers, Site Merchants, Technology teams, etc.- Must demonstrate an ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines- Must exhibit exceptional time management skills, with the ability to take ownership and follow up with a keen sense of urgency- Must be self-managed, self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, extremely organized and a team player- Show a willingness to think creatively and implement new workflow ideas to improve processTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $6,279.00 - $6,279.07 a la semanaHorario:- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Retouching and Digital Asset Management: 2 años (Deseable)- Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Bridge: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Ingles avanzado (Obligatorio)
