This role partners with vendors, contractors, peers, and business partners to ensure effective business transformation for all initiatives.Designs, builds, deploys, and supports integrations between key HR systems using SAP Business Transformation Platform (BTP), SuccessFactors Integration Suite, and SuccessFactors Integration Center.Maintains documentation detailing configuration and settings of the system, including integration architecture map.Ensures security of data in interfaces using state-of-the-art security technologies to encrypt data at rest and in transit.Collaborates with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges.Keeps up to date on the latest applications of information technology.Implements new IT operations into the company from the initial idea to the project completion.Drafts statistical reports that assist in decision support.Manages and resolves technical difficulties.Understands stakeholder pain points and collaborates to propose potential design changes and new solutions.Proactively identifies solutions focused on improving productivity and collaborates on developing the business case.Is accountable to our stakeholders for delivery of all IT services.Serves as first point of escalation for all IT related customer issues.Adheres to defined governance.Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Strong knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, SuccessFactors Integration Suite, SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP BTP and CPI.Understanding of best practices in building complex interfaces between SuccessFactors and key technologies such as Payroll, Benefits, and Identity Management solutions.Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.Experienced in generating and maintaining technical documentation.Knowledge of best practices for interface development and experience recommending and implementing these best practices
