We are searching for the best talent for Principal Quality Engineering Technician to be in Juarez, Independencia.
Purpose:
You will be responsible for:
As a Quality Systems - External Manufacturing Product Release Technician you will:
- Be responsible to know and follow EES policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
- Ensure compliance to policies, procedures, GDP (Good Documentation Practices) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) requirements of documents for product release.
- Be responsible for conducting technical quality assurance inspections (product), as needed.
- Work with appropriate departments to ensure that calibration and maintenance are performed as required by applicable procedures, as needed.
- Engage in other responsibilities as assigned, and all responsibilities may not be listed.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems for correction action, product segregation, non-conformity material control, and process improvement.
- Product knowledge of tolerancing, component assembly operations, and small piece part assembly.
- Working knowledge of GDP/ISO regulations and requirements.
- Ability to use excellent communication and interpersonal skills when collaborating with EES associates form all levels and functions of the organization.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2-4 years related experience in a highly regulated, quality-centric environment, preferably in a QA (Quality Assurance) / QC (Quality Control Environment).
- Fluent in English
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions.
- Must have proven skill in inspection and review of documentation.
- Must have knowledge of inspection sheets, change control systems, corrective action system, material specifications, routers, and basic understanding of purchasing processes.
- Ability to work in a team environment with little or no supervision.
- Ability to travel up to 25% at peak times, domestic and international, assignments could require up to four weeks continuous travel.
- ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) or Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) preferred.
