Taking corrective and preventive actions to solve problems using established methodologies. Continuous improvement in reducing scrap from components discarded by placement machines, as well as scrap generated throughout the process. Ensuring that equipment operates safely.Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Monitoring and updating assigned KPIs, implementing actions to keep them within target.Maintaining product traceability throughout the process.Implementing actions to contribute to scrap reduction.Participating in maintaining the area within goals for the 5S metric.Implementing actions to reduce actual defects identified by the Electrical Test Engineer.Generating and/or updating process documentation (visual aids/parameter sheets/process deviations/standard work documentation).Skills and Minimum Experience RequiredCompleted professional degree, preferably in Engineering.At least 3 years in similar positions, preferably in painting processes.Conversational English.We value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
