Provides technical support to engineers to achieve improvements in processes, in aspects such as: cycle times, performance, unit cost, quality and safety in accordance with operational and production processes.
- Monitors equipment and instruments by collecting information on calibration, inspection, testing, and repair activities to help make adjustments to instruments, equipment, or products.
- Assists on advanced quality planning documentation as needed
- Create process documentation including work instructions visual aids and route sheets for samples and capture lessons learned for transfer to production process and equipment design.
- Assists in the depuration and qualification of new production equipment.
- Analyze malfunctions and deviations of instruments and control systems to identify and resolve problems
- Maintains the design of the processes to optimize the processes and facilitate their use, in accordance with the provisions of the standard operating procedures and good production practices
Experience / Qualifications
- Associate degree with 4-6 years of experience, or at least 6 years equivalent work experience -Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards.
