**Job Summary**:The Processing Specialist II will be responsible for receiving new and incoming changes to customer demand, entering/updating projects, field resource assignments, and billing data in company systems.
Will serve as a liaison to the Service Managers, Outage Managers, and Invoice to Cash (Billing) team to ensure orders are entered properly, ensuring timely and accurate dispatching of field resources, and timely and accurate billing.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Receive incoming orders and create new and changed Projects, Service Notifications and Sales Orders in FieldCore systems, while ensuring the accuracy of the data from the GE customer systems- Liaise with Field Operations to resolve issues when complete and accurate information is not provided- Ensure accuracy of pricing selection, site information, and project information- Delegate Customer Master Data and bill rates issues to Master Data Specialists (MDS) for resolution- Resolve Tickets relating to issues on projects and billing- Respond in a timely manner to issues from Payroll, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger and project setup issues related to financial period closings- Generate and manage multiple reports as needed to monitor and correct project setup issues- Escalate transactions outside standard operating procedure to determine process on how to proceed- Coach colleagues as required- Provide coverage during weekends and holidays as required, on a rotation basis- Minimal travel may be required- May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive the FieldCore vision and align with our organization's core values.
