The Procured Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the S&OP processes related to North America suppliers ultimately ensuring that capacities are in line with future demand requirements and the overall TE Automotive strategy.**Key Responsibilities**:- Analyze Supplier's capacities for the mid to long term horizon based on the Consensus Forecast and defined utilization thresholds to proactively identify potential constraints.- Work with Procurement and Master Data Teams to update SAP Routing data for TE owned tools.- Lead Capacity Consensus meetings for TE owned tools at outside suppliers. Involve all stakeholders to consense on the capacity action to be taken to support the demand.- Create simulations to show the impact of new assets on Supplier's capacity landscape. Includes visualizing projected recovery timing from the constrained situation.- Prepare and facilitate S&OP Supply Review meetings with key suppliers. Includes building a constrained supply plan and action / metric tracking.- Participate in monthly S&OP Plant Supply Review meetings for every manufacturing site being impacted by supplier capacity shortages.- Deep dive into significant demand changes to drive meaningful, proactive capacity and inventory conversations with suppliers.- Support all insourcing and outsourcing opportunities between Suppliers and TE Plants.- Oversee Customer Capacity Checks that involve Suppliers.- Partner with Strategic Sourcing team to ensure Suppliers timely and accurate maintenance of their capacities in the TE Portal.**What your background should look like**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain- Minimum three years of Supply Chain experience- Experience working with suppliers is an advantage- General knowledge of Operations / Manufacturing processes- Fluent in English (written and verbal)- Strong presentation skills, comfortable presenting across all levels of the organization- Solid standard software knowledge (MS Office)- Experience in SAP and IBP is a plus- S&OP experience is desirable**Key Behaviors**:- Team player who also can work independently- Leadership skills for cross-function coordination- Self-Starter and timely decision maker- Results driven- Analytical and detail oriented- Consensus builder- Customer focused**Competencies**:Values: Integrity, Accountability,Teamwork, Innovation**At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.
