We are a Direct-To-Consumer leading organization that has developed digital products and services that generate over $1B across 10 markets.As a Head of Product Data you will be responsible to be build, manage, oriented, develop Data Product Team, as well interact with all tribe leads to foster business product strategy oriented to data.You will manage data analysts, data scientists and machine learning engineer.Responsibilities:- Engaged all data team, and proactive, focused on solving business problems using advanced analytic solutions.
- Managing the team of data area and interacting with all others ICP leads to drive better decision on product development using data.
- Passionate about data, who enjoy manipulating and exploring large volume of databases.
- Solution owners to innovate in solving the business problem, with creativity andproviding analytical thinking to the teams.
- Hands-on, developing, applying, and disseminating solutions to match business needs.
- Develop a data-driven culture.
- Develop our understanding of the products, business, and learners by analyzing learner behavior to uncover patterns and identify opportunities for improvement.
**Requirements**:- Importante empresa in companies using data to deliver results that was measurable in business impact, as product features (recommendations/personalization/scoring/etc algorithms).
- Knowledge of the main frameworks applied to Data Science (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn or equivalent knowledge in R).
- Knowledge in cloud computing elements for manipulating and exploiting large volumes of data (Spark, Hadoop, etc.).
- Ability to use statistical techniques.
- Knowledge in machine learning concepts and techniques, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, recommendation systems, reinforcement learning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convert technical results into data stories.
- Working familiarity with versioning and the command line (Git, ?github?, ?gitlab?).
