**Job Description**:1.
Create, Update Design documentation and company PDM systems of Brake Pads as assigned.2.
Realization of stackups, parametric designs and calculations for the correct selection of components following the design, Reliability, performance and quality guidelines of the company.3.
Use of the Bosch PEP process to manage product development projects.4.
Uses the Bosch Engineering Change Request process to manage product changes as needed.5.
Works with the Marketing department to develop program-specific product lines to meet customer needs.6.
Develop product specifications as needed.7.
Works with Purchasing and Quality to find, develop, and approve new suppliers.8.
Reports project, schedule, or part status in frequent product development meetings.9.
Prepares reports to convey project or product status to management.10.
Help in the development of the supply chain to support the introduction of new products.11.
Stay up to date on continually changing government guidelines, standards and procedures.12.
Ability to work with Standards.13.
Experience with Problem Solving Methods14.Experience with Product support in Regular Production.15.
Experience with Root Cause Analysis.16.
Experience with Stamping and cold formed manufacturing processes.
**Qualifications**:**Education**:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Preferred Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Manufacturing Engineering)**Experience**:- Experience in mechanical product design (Desired)- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar jobs- Knowledge in GD&T- Experience with Stack Up Analysis- Experience with Problem Solving Methods- Experience with Product support in Regular Production.- Experience with Root Cause Analysis**Skills**:- BOM Creation and Management experience on large scale business systems (such as SAP) required.- Excellent verbal, written communication skills- Strong PC skills; Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Teams- Demonstrated leadership skills in projects and programs- English level: Intermediate (above 75%)- Experience working in High Performing Organizations.- Highly Creative and self driven.Additional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, as cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths for us.
