The company has also been named to CB Insights' Fintech 250 list.PurposeThe Product Growth Analyst is responsible for the profitability of the Cash portfolio, managing the different levers that impact revenue and generating value proposals and campaigns to encourage customer recurrence. This role collaborates with Product and Engineering on solutions that improve user experience while also designing strategies for sustainable business growth together with Risk, Collections, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Operations.**Key Responsibilities**:- Monitor the main revenue and growth drivers of the lending business- Design, implement, and track growth campaigns to encourage customer recurrence- Generate strategies according to the customer life cycle- Monitor cross selling between Kueski Pay to Kueski Cash portfolios- Measure and analyze monthly recurrences- Generate portfolio client segmentations according to transactionality, required amount, desired term and activity.- Generate experiments to optimize the main income drivers such as amount placed, promotions, interest rate, and terms- Monitor strategic projects of the credit portfolios with the Product and Engineering areas- Monitor the cost of risk, collection and main indicators that measure the quality of the portfolio- Monitor initiatives generated by the Risk and Data Science areas- Contribute to a healthy, collaborative, inclusive product culture in line with our company values**Position Requirements**:- Collaboration and understanding of different business models of credit products- At least 3 years experience in credit portfolio management and generation of credit campaigns, design and implementation of features, processes, changes in pricing, among others- Understanding the customer life cycle in a credit portfolio: acquisition, activation, usage and retention- Understanding of basic financial models and cost-benefit analysis- Generation of population segmentations and campaigns tracking under statistical methodology- Collaboration and teamwork with the Product, Engineering, Risk, Collections, Marketing and Commercial areas- Experience in Risk or Business Intelligence areas preferred- SQL programming experience**You'll love working at Kueski because**:- We have a mission-driven culture focused on customer value, teamwork, humility, and integrity.- Everyone is expected to have role clarity, career growth, and a personal development plan.
