Job Description: PayPal is establishing an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) team to deliver customer-centric marketing campaigns that align seamlessly with sales efforts. As we build out our ABM program, we are seeking an Account-Based Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic campaigns that drive pipeline and align with sales within our target retail accounts.
As an ABM Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering high-impact ABM campaigns that engage key decision-makers, generate pipeline, and accelerate deals within your assigned accounts. Your campaigns will be tailored to specific account needs, addressing business objectives and pain points while aligning closely with sales strategies. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are customer-focused, data-driven, and collaborative.
Key Responsibilities: Design and execute highly relevant 1:1 and 1:few campaigns that align with sales objectives to drive pipeline within target accounts.Become the expert on your target account list to ensure campaigns are targeted, relevant, and resonate with key decision-makers.Leverage intent data to craft messaging and content, ensuring the right message reaches the right channels at the right time.Implement multi-channel campaigns across digital, paid social, email, direct mail, events, and other relevant channels.Regularly collaborate with sales to ensure ABM tactics are aligned and followed-up on effectively.Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams, agencies, and analytics to create ABM programs that drive adoption of PayPal solutions.Track, measure, and report on funnel activity, KPIs, and pipeline metrics.Qualifications: 3+ years managing integrated ABM campaigns targeting key decision-makers, utilizing tactics such as live events, webinars, digital advertising, and email.Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and the ability to apply marketing communication strategies throughout the buyer's journey.Excellent project management skills.Experience working closely with sales teams and leveraging strategic partnerships.Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong team player with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders in both marketing and sales.Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, Tableau, and ABM tech stack.Experience managing a marketing budget and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Experience in Retail focused demand generation programs is a plus.Subsidiary: PayPal
