This role is more than just coding.
**Must haves**:- Minimum of 2 years experience in product management, preferably for SaaS products- Superior project management, time management and organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects/priorities- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal- Strong analytical and critical thinking ability- Strong bias for for action and ownership- Experience working in Agile teams (onshore and offshore) Education requirement**Nice to have**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Business or related field.
**Responsibilities**:- Help define product roadmap and prioritize investments based on market needs and client feedback; Relentlessly push customer needs in prioritization and trade-off discussions.- Write clear and concise requirements for product development, proactively manage and prioritize backlog- Partner with our UX team to define product mockups and designs to inform development- Meet with clients and Customer Success to test new features and gather feedback to inform refinements- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure requirements are complete and implementation ready; translatebusiness requirements into technical requirements.- Collaborate on release collateral and provide communication to clients and internal stakeholders to educatethem on new features/functionality- Self educate on the competitor, market trends and best practices
