**Position summary**:
- The Product Manager is the responsible for the overall success of its categories in terms of revenue, volume and profit; in charge of product planning & line-up positioning, pricing strategies, product lifecycle and new product launches readiness, as well as purchases and healthy inventory levels, among others.
**Main duties & responsabilities**:
- Be the segment expert and knowledge source of industry trends, regulatory issues, competition moves, pricing and other marketing intelligence/analysis; analyze and share consumer and buyer insights and market requirements
- Achieve targeted revenues (price and quantity) and Net Profit, and maintain healthy inventory levels.
- Assist in the development of the business plan for the category; execute Mexico and related countries in Latam region specific category strategies and plans.
- Coordinate product planning across the matrix with product divisions and functional teams; identifies opportunities for potential new product development, develop local lineup logic, product positioning, and price strategies.
- Support Key Account Management and Sales in product sell-in, assist in developing channel and flooring strategy for new product launches; prepare for product line reviews.
- Manage the new product launch process; drives the brief for marketing communications and retail/distributor activation; ensure readiness to launch for all supporting assets, including digital; prepare product material to support field marketing/training teams.
- Manage product lifecycle by driving sell-out, reviewing PSI forecasts and purchases, activating special promotions, and managing end-of-life/transition.
- Coordinate with HQ the necessary technical requirements for Mexico market.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Education/ Training/ Experience**
- 1-3 years of working experience in product/project management related fields.
- Home Appliances, Electronics or Retail industry experience is desired.
- Previous experience in kitchen products (cooktops, grills, hoods, etc.)
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business is required.
- Strong verbal and communication skills, proficiency in English is required.
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially skilled in Excel and Power Point.
- Strong project management and "team player" skills.
- Data analysis and planning capabilities are required.

**Working hours**:
- Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- One and a half hour lunch
