Product Owner Manager - Engineering Operations

.SailPoint is looking for a Manager of Product Owners to join our Engineering Operations team with a focus on Infrastructure and Platform Services.
This management position will require a unique blend of thinking strategically outside of the box combined with hands-on practice of leading a team of Product Owners.
Product Owners at SailPoint have deep experience in software development and building products for Engineers and have a Dev Ops background.
They are internal facing and responsible for developing and managing roadmaps and backlogs, developing and maintaining product documentation, collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements, defining the vision for the teams products, overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development, writing development stories, and participating in scrum meetings and product sprints.
**Responsibilities**:- Acquire, develop and manage a team of Product Owners to ensure quarterly deliverables and company goals are met.- Drive Infrastructure and Platform product innovation and opportunities through feedback from our various internal stakeholders, partners and customers as well as market data.- Engage with Infrastructure Platform Leaders and stakeholders to scope work, understand impact, and gain consensus.- Talking to internal customers about feature enhancements and net-new capabilities from the Infrastructure Platform teams- Work closely with Infrastructure Security Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure and Platform Engineering and Product teams to develop, prioritize and manage the product backlog and roadmaps in a lean / agile environment.- Maintain roadmap and coordinate adoption of deliverables.- Balance competing priorities to ensure we effectively ship new features while resolving defects and managing technical debt.- Help define success metrics and measure impact and results of new deliverables.- Proactively seek to listen and find alignment with other engineering teams and stakeholders by understanding your teams' technology, building strong relationships, and insisting on high-quality solutions that solve multiple strategic challenges at once.
**Requirements**:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing highly performing teams preferably in product management.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management or product owner role.- Demonstrated success in working with engineering teams to plan, develop, refine, and launch successful enterprise software products.- Experience in managing tools that are used by developers.- Experience managing SaaS and/or cloud infrastructure products.- Working with any open platform connectivity technologies such as web and micro-services is a plus- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.- An exceptional mentor and leader with a passion for continuous improvement.- Excellent organization and communication skills
