About the job
Responsible for creating and delivering the product vision for LATAM America Data & Analytics, which will focus on delivering high impact analytics products for the business.

This organization is designed using agile framework and therefore will deliver value using product methodologies.

In partnership with the global organization, regional teams and local business in markets this role will define and implement the product vision for cross-functional analytical capabilities for Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and Colombia. Is accountable for partnering with business in an agile way to help define business value creating use cases leveraging data and analytics.

Understand the business needs, proactively conduct exploratory and confirmatory analysis to identify product opportunities and discover product insights. Identify data management requirements to generate insights from our data assets.

Prioritize data management and analytics requirements to deliver scalable capabilities for data and analytics product development.

Develop and manage product backlog and prioritize based on key business value, arbitrating among different needs and priorities

Define, analyze, and design large complex data to meet functional business requirements. Partner with business to define key business indicators, their data sources and metrics and design data management capabilities to make available for insights.

Support the design of data models, data automation, data quality, reporting and analytics systems. Define and drive adherence to data governance policies and standards to ensure quality, accuracy, and security of data needs.

Ensure governance policies and data standards and integrity for all data assets

Develop procedures for the management of data sources and data modelling

About you
8+ years of demonstrated experience in BI, Analytics, Data Integration or similar Data products
- Expertise with Data Governance disciplines, such as Data Stewardship, Quality, Lifecycle Management and Cataloguing
- Experience with CPG and working agile are desired
- Business process knowledge in the commercial stream, Sales, Marketing.
