Product Supervisor (For Midea Rac)

This position is hired directly by Midea RAC (headquarter in China), working closely with Midea Mexico Company and the Chinese team to continuously increase the market share of Midea's air conditioners; Responsibility:1. Responsible for market product planning, through analyzing user demand trends, market change trends, and competitor product layout2. Promote product development and launch, tracking the market effect and user feedback of launched products, and continuously improving products; 3. Pay attention to market dynamics and competitors, benchmark channels, prices, selling points, and categories, and promote the formulation of product planning.Qualification:- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering- 5+ years of customer-facing residential HVAC experience- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with technical teams- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to organize/execute a strategy- A proven leader with the ability to influence others at all levels within the organization- Goal-oriented & self-managed- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment- Experience identifying opportunities to provide excellent value for the customerWork Location: Remote
