Production Assistant

Finality: Responsible for secretarial duties for the Head of Service as well as administrative management and activity monitoring duties for the service.Main Missions:Fulfill communication and information processing duties:- Answer the telephone and screen telephone calls- Manage mail- Responsible for managing technical documents (transferring documents and reading/writing analysis, filing and updating)Fulfill secretarial duties for the service:- Draft memos, e-mails, faxes, letters, summary documents- Participate in meetings on request, take the minutes and distribute them- Compile tables to monitor activities and indicators- Perform document filing and archiving duties for the service- Manage documentation for the service- Obtain signatures for documents that require approvalCarry out administrative management and activity monitoring duties for the service:- Gather the required information, compile, update and check the tables and matrices for monitoring the service's activities- Check the accuracy and consistency of the data gathered- Complete the follow-up and archiving of the various tables and matrices for monitoring activityAssist the line manager in the management of files specific to the production unit:- Manage certain files autonomously (e.G. purchasing small equipment, PPE, work clothing, travel management, etc.)Purpose:Essential job functions and abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
