**About us**
We are an European-based automotive supplier with headquarters in Germany.
We already produce our products at four locations worldwide.
We are now looking for committed employees who would like to build up our new plant in Silao, Mexico with us.
**Main activities and key responsibilities**
- **Production planning and control**_
- Planning shift allocation and personnel deployment in production
- **Material and inventory management**_
- Material provision, sorting and provision of material and empties
- Responsibility for inventories: error analysis, scrap bookings and scrapping requests according to the polluter pays principle
- Creation purchase requisitions for production requirements
- **process monitoring**_
- Carrying out tests during series production and recording operating data
- Ensuring compliance with 5S in production
- Live monitoring of production performance and employees
- **Main focus on machine and process management**_
- Setting up, equipping and releasing machines and processes, especially injection molding machines
- Troubleshooting in series production
- Training and instructing workers on machines and processes
- **employee management and communication**_
- Introduction and ongoing support of workers (incl.
instruction and training)
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- ideally 1-5 years of relevant experience
- Initial experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
- Experience with working with injection molding machines essential
- Conversational English (advanced level) is required, ideally also conversational German
- Service orientation, organizational talent, high degree of teamwork, good communication skills, problem-solving skills

Pay: $12,275.03 - $25,782.53 per month
