Tasks
Manage and coordinate area assigned (personnel, machinery, equipment and budget) based on security, quality, production requirements and collective contract of work to ensure compliance with the production ticket of the area without exceeding the budget and manning allocated to the department
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related.
- 7 years of experience in similar position or 5 years experience as production chief leader
- 5 years minimum of experience in manufacturing processes
- 5 years of experience managing fix and variable people
- English level Advanced ( interviews will be in english )
- Project management experience will be a strong plus.
